Free Trial Period

Before any payment is required, you receive:

  • 30-day free trial OR 4 free certificates (whichever comes first)
  • Full access to all Service features
  • No credit card required to start
  • No automatic charges during trial

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days of your first payment:

After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period from your first payment, all charges are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription renewals
  • Individual certificate generation fees
  • Any accumulated charges beyond 30 days

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but past charges beyond the 30-day window are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No further charges after cancellation

Certificate Data After Refund

If you receive a refund:

  • Generated certificates remain accessible for their 365-day retention period
  • You can download any certificates before account closure
  • Account access is revoked after refund processing
  • Certificates are automatically deleted per our data retention policy

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Account violated Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity detected
  • Excessive refund requests (abuse prevention)
  • Request made after 30-day window

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances beyond the 30-day period.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
