All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by SeaMark Certificates and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your certificate data and signatures.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaMark Certificates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you retain access to certificates until the 365-day retention period expires.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
